Tailgate Fund

Welcome to Tailgate time - please join the fun! Keeping with past tradition, each class will be responsible for setting up, serving and cleaning up for the assigned home game tailgates. In order to stay within our budget and to plan for all who attend we will be collecting $$ throughout the season for the entree. The Host class will be in charge of providing the sides and dessert for that weeks tailgate. Water and sports drinks will be provided for away games. If anyone is interested in hosting an event at an away game please let Coach know! Watch for the Information Sheet at the Kick-off Luncheon and in the mail. Questions? Fall 2011 Menu for post home games

All meals will have garden salad with toppings, dessert and drinks provided in addition to class contributions.

October 8-Pulled Pork and Beef Sloppy Joes. Sides wil be BBQ sauces, Cheesy Potatoes, Tortilla Chips with Hot Nacho Cheese and Hot Peppers and Senior Class Contributions!

October 15-Ham and Chicken Breasts. Sides will be Scalloped Potatoes, homemade Dinner rolls and Junior Class contributions!

October 29-1/3 lb hamburgers, hotdogs, brats with onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese choices for toppings. Sides will be homemade Macaroni and Cheese and Sophomore Class contributions!

November 5-Old Fashioned Meatloaf and Beef with Homemade Noodles. Sides will be Mashed Potatoes, homemade Rolls with butter and Freshman Class contributions!

**Away games the guys will have pizza, snacks and drinks.
